IRON PALM
HOME STUDY CORRESPONDENCE COURSE |
This course is for the serious Martial Artist or practitioner of the Healing Arts. The program does not deform or hurt the hand like external Iron Palm which, if practiced wrongly, can cause death to the student because of the damage that it creates in the hand which is associated with different meridians in the body. It does enhance the flow of chi into the hands for what is called a soft break (where through relaxation a tapping strike from six inches breaks a patio block) and causes energy to flow throughout the body for internal health.
This course is directed by Sifu David Kash, Ph.D. (Wei Jung-Dao) International 10th Degree Grandmaster, Doctor of Martial Arts and a branch headquarters President of the Overseas Chinese National Martial Arts Association established 1909 in the USA by Grandmaster Wong Ark Yueh. Sifu Kash is a Certified and licenced Doctor of Chinese Medicine and acupuncturist and is registered with the Ministry of the Interior Government of China. Sifu Kash has completed all 15 full levels of internal Iron Palm and has studied from Buddhist monks and Taoist Priest and Monks in various Temples and Monasteries both here and abroad for over 10 years, is a lineage holder, and a former monk. Sifu Kash is the 36th generation practitioner of Tai Tzu Chang Chuan (Emperor’s Long Fist ) and is the first Caucasian to receive this title of this art. He studied directly from Grandmaster Chao Yuh-Feng ( 1910-1996) which passed his Inheritor ship down to him. Sifu also studied directly from Grandmaster Wong Ark Yueh(1899- 1987 ). In 1980 Grandmaster Wong Ark Yueh was the first pioneer of Kung-Fu in America, appearing in the first pilot movie " Kung-Fu" with David Carradine, the actor. He was throwing the poison stars (shuriken) at a log in the movie.
William Seibert has studied martial arts for over 31
years, and is the
direct apprentice and received the title of 37th generation Patriarch of Emperor’s
Long Fist Kung-Fu from Sifu Kash.
William Seibert is now the acting President for KYCIPS Society. His
School is the Headquarters for Cloud Forest World Chinese Martial Arts Association
teaching Emperor’s Long Fist, Iron palm , Chi Kung, Japanese Shotokan Karate, Aikijujutsu, Judo, and
Kobudo. William Seibert is also president of the International Hanshi Organization,
and is internationally
ranked 8th Duan (Dan) and has many associated ranks in various Arts and organizations.
COURSE OUTLINE
Internal Iron Palm has fifteen levels. The most important is the
first level. It will include a six week fast from processed sugars, yellow vegetables,
alcohol and sexual activities.
During the 6 weeks, there is daily practice of 20 minutes with specific
breathing and hand motions into a specially formulated herbs mixture. Special homemade Dit
Da Jow is rubbed onto the hands before and after practice. This formulated lotion was
rated the worlds best in 1986 in China. This lotion is used to keep the hands from
cramping and enhances Chi flow into them. This total program is three months long.
Please remember the fasting is just for the first six weeks of program.
Normal activities may be resumed after that time. Please realize that you do not have to
go through all 15 levels of Iron Palm, one can stay with the first level for two years and
reap many benefits.
PROGRAM SUPPLIES THE FOLLOWING
- Initial interview that may require some character
references to undertake the program. Applicant may be turned down and all fee’s will
be refunded at that time. Application and release form with payment must be turned
into the Society before you are allowed to proceed with first Deng level.
- Setup of the special apparatus needed to perform the training
is not supplied from KYCIPS but the apparatus cost is only several dollars.
- Herbs that go into the apparatus.
- Our World famous "Dit da Jow" can be supplied at
an extra Fee of $ 5.00 per ounce, this is Master Wongs hand brewed Secret formula and
did receive a Gold Medal Award at the 4th World Chinese Medical Conference in 1999.
- Outline sheet explaining more about Iron Palm and the Ku Yu
Cheong Iron Palm Society, and more of the do’s and don’ts while practicing Iron
Palm.

Deng ranks are professional ranks more than Karate Kyu ranks but less than Black belt Dan
ranks. There are five Deng ranks and ten Dan ranks in Iron Palm system. (based on the five
elements of Chinese Medicine)

FEES
Program fee is Three Hundred Ten dollars ($310) upon interview. Further steps in the Iron
